I was buying a new steering wheel cover today, when I noticed a warning on the whole back of the insertion board that contains the cover and other chemicals known to lead in the state of California to cause cancer and reproductive abnormalities. "What does this mean? Am I to toxic chemicals / use of a steering wheel cover?

You do the cancer or reproductive damage in California. In 49 other states, they are safe. Okay, truth: It was probably in China. Buy one that is made in the United States. I do not buy it.
