Can a squirrel get lead poisoning?

We have a bird house in the backyard that the hole was chewed away by squirrels so that they could live there. My dad nailed a piece of metal to the hole of the birdhouse making it big enough so only birds can get in.
I saw that the metal had chew marks on it too after a while and later found out that it was lead.
Could the squirrels chewing on it get lead poisoning?

Sure. Lead targets amino acids (parts of proteins) in the body that contain sulfur. This reaction of lead to sulfur causes several different symptoms and diseases. Because both humans and squirrels contain the same amino acids, they can get poisoned too.

CHEMICAL WARFARE: Are We Slowly Being Poisoned By Those Whom We Trust?

It was not until I became pregnant with my son that I began to scrutinize a world overrun with chemicals. I thought I would be done with the research portion of the program following a few hours on the internet one Saturday afternoon. Three years later, stacks of books, newspapers, magazines, countless hours following online leads, numerous conversations with environmental advocates, I am no closer to understanding chemical exposure but I have added reason to be concerned.

Environmental scientists have been sounding the alarm for years but not much is being done to stop the poisoning of our supply of food, air, and water. For every step forward we take, we slip back even further as thousands of new chemicals are introduced each year with almost no testing being done as to how these chemicals will react when combined together.

During this journey I have learned that it is not only the future at issue but where we are right now. Consider today’s escalating disease statistics and if you delve just a little bit deeper than acknowledging sickness and disease is running our economy and our lives, you will see that chemicals and a varied mixture of chemicals are at the ship’s helm determining our course and will continue to do so long into the future.

When I learned that a vast majority are not similarly concerned at the daunting statistics associated with chemical exposure, it occurred to me that when evidence is unpleasant and would require too great an effort to change the outcome, one inevitably redefines what is normal. Apparently it is now normal to have bodies that deteriorate after death at a slower rate because of all the preservatives contained therein!

It is normal to have our infants and small children injected with dangerous chemicals, such as mercury, aluminum, MSG, and formaldehyde – chemicals linked to disorders ranging from brain and nerve damage to autism and attention deficit disorder – and call it vaccination from disease.

Apparently it is now normal to be surrounded by people with chronic ailments, drugging symptoms into submission until the next symptom emerges (as a side effect) and needs another drug to suppress that symptom. Conditions such as fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, multiple chemical sensitivities, osteoporosis, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s Disease, ADD/HD, autism, brain tumors, crippling pain, not to mention frequent colds and viruses, strep throat, ear infections, and subsequent overuse of antibiotics and pharmaceutical drugs. I do not even work in an industry that is at high risk for chemical exposure but the topic of disease has now replaced “water cooler chatter”.

It is now normal to be young and yet have attended several funerals of friends who have died of cancer.

I began to study nutrition and supplementation like I have never studied it before – and I was no slacker during previous years. My son was not going to succumb to a life of ill health – not on my watch! And as I implemented my strategy I quickly learned that I did not have the support of my peers, medical advisors, corporate America, government, and certainly not the pharmaceutical drug industry which, of course, would prefer I use their method of immune support – vaccinations!

My desire to detoxify and arm the immune system was met with mockery from nearly everyone I encountered until I slipped slowly into the sub-subculture of natural health where I found acceptance, although there is always reason to disagree.

Some of the individuals I have come to admire most have been driven from the country and have opened clinics in Tijuana, Mexico, and some are merely isolated from their peers for practicing “quackery”. Numerous medical doctors have become licensed naturopathics just so they could drop ties to the pharmaceutical drug companies and actually help people get well. Others try to lead their patients to better health by carefully chosen words, trying to not upset the guarded mindset of those who need to believe they are not being poisoned by the food they eat, air they breathe, water they drink, and the very alluring appeal of consumerism which is cloaked in chemicals.

It occurred to me that I live in a country where the word “choice” is a battle cry from every corner, an undeniable right, and yet there is to be no choice when it involves caring for your health naturally. Your health insurance provider will not reimburse you for it, the pharmaceutical drug company will not tolerate it, and your doctor is not allowed to recommend it.

How is it we have come to this state of anti-choice when it involves our health? We have excellent doctors who now must practice medicine out of the country in sub-standard clinics and in turn will be criticized by the drug industry for practicing medicine in sub-standard conditions! The hypocrisy abounds.

We are now the guinea pigs in a grand experiment of chemicals, simmering in a pot of toxic soup just waiting to see who survives and what mutant species emerges strong enough to withstand the poison of our environment. Not only are we playing a nasty game of Russian roulette with ourselves as we accept each new chemical being released into the environment but we have absolutely no idea what happens when you mix certain chemicals together. More than 3,000 synthetic chemicals are regularly introduced to U.S. food products each year. Most have not been tested for their toxin producing effects in the human body. The EPA relies on safety data determined by the manufacturing company.

Now let’s consider the medical profession’s tool to help us deal with our toxic bodies shaking and burning with disease from all these chemicals. Synthetic drugs that are, once again, toxic to our systems. Consider this, seriously, when you observe pharmaceutical drugs being pulled from the market after years of approval, as was the case with Vioxx, a drug being used to treat arthritis responsible for causing thousands of individuals to experience strokes and heart attacks before the FDA finally stepped in and had the drug removed (the manufacturing company actually knew of the danger four years before it was officially pulled!); patients prescribed Propulsid for heartburn and also Rezulin for diabetes experienced intestinal damage, heart arrhythmia and liver toxicity; Mellaril – after five decades of use has been linked to heart damage; Posicor, a treatment for angina and hypertension interacted dangerously with 25 other medications; vaccines containing thimerosol have now been linked to neurological disorders (however, the drug companies denied the connection even while pulling the vaccines out of U.S. clinics and shipping to third world countries for distribution!). There are numerous similar reports. Please note, as dangerous as thimerosol is to our health, it is still being used in some vaccinations and you should always make sure your fu shot or vaccination does not contain this mercury-laden preservative.

So I ask you, why would you EVER trust the pharmaceutical drug company to treat your ill-health? Why would you trust ANY drug when you do not know which one will be later pulled following you dropping to the floor?

Considering the fact that the Journal of American Medical Association revealed 106,000 people die each year in American hospitals from the side effects of properly prescribed prescription medications, why would you not do everything in your power to stop drugging yourself and instead strengthen your immune system through natural means, buy organic food, supplement your diet, and avoid chemicals every single chance you get!

We need to stop and consider the consequences of a modern age constructed on the precept that life is better when created through chemistry. Perhaps we have been heading in the wrong direction for 100 years and now need to strip our belief system down to one that can lead us to a better quality of life. The first step: Denial of our chemically laden reality will need to be shed if we are to change this tragic course.

Imagine if for the past 100 years we had put the same sort of effort and financial resources into developing natural supplements, and studying health rather than disease intervention – instead of developing toxic drugs? Personal responsibility has never been more critical to our continued survival.

We have become so distracted by terrorism from outside forces, we did not even notice the dangers lurking right inside the borders of this country, legally operating and profiting from this new version of chemical warfare being waged on our society! As we are lulled into a false sense of security, adverse reactions to properly prescribed medications have become the fourth leading cause of death in the U.S.

Take a look at your own family and if you find that you are constantly dealing with sickness, begin the journey today to get well. It will not be found in a bottle of Robitusson, Tylenol, asthma inhaler, shot of insulin, blood pressure medication, etc. but in a radical change in your internal climate which can only be accomplished through restricting chemical exposure in your food, water and air; detoxification of the chemicals that are now currently making you sick; supplying your body with the nutrients necessary to thrive rather than just survive.

Lead Paint Poisoning

Exposure to Lead More Abundant, Dangers to Pregnant Women Severe

The dangers of lead paint and lead poisoning include a broad range of mental disorders and chronic disabilities. But lead paint and lead poisoning is especially dangerous for women, who run the risk of passing dangerous lead exposure on to developing fetuses while pregnant.

Here are some ways that women can experience a safe pregnancy free from the effects of lead poisoning:

Clean Up!

Cleanliness is next to godliness…and can help pregnant women escape the dangers of toxic lead exposure. Pregnant women should clean the house when they see the presence of chipping paint or dust – both of which can contain lead particles.

Cover chipping paint in your home with duct tape, plastic or contact paper, and vacuum dust whenever possible. A wet cloth will help wash down painted and dusty surfaces, protecting you from lead particles and their potential dangers to you and your fetus.

Hand-washing, while common-sense, is not practiced enough, so be sure to wash up after interacting with soil, which might contain lead toxins, and before preparing food or eating. Wear garden gloves and wash up after dusting or mopping to prevent cross-contamination with your food or water.

Craft With Care

Ceramic and other pottery may have its appeal, but with lead paint posing a very real threat to your fetus, it may be a good idea to avoid ceramic crafts until after your pregnancy. If you must interact with lead-containing pottery or paint during your pregnancy, be sure to wash your hands well afterwards and wear protective clothing. Solder is a bad idea while pregnant, so hand the soldering iron off to another crafty woman during your pregnancy.

Change your clothing after working with lead-filled crafts materials and be sure to wash them away from other family members’ garments. Take Care At Work Occupational exposure to lead is dangerous for men and women, but pregnant women run the additional risk of lead contamination to their unborn children.

If you work with soldering irons, welding materials, lead-based paint, common construction site chemicals and items, or work in a factory setting, you may be putting your fetus at risk. Ask your employer about a transfer to a lower-risk area of the factory, and be sure to wash hands often. Put your work clothing in a separate hamper and wash it separately from other family’s garments.

Keep lead-exposed shoes outside of the house and be sure to vacuum well if they go into the house. Educate yourself about the hazards of lead exposure and be certain to talk to your doctor about how your prenatal care can reflect your concern about lead poisoning and lead exposure.

Seek Legal Advice for Exposure

If you have been exposed to lead paint or other lead at work or at home, consult a doctor and then a lawyer. An experienced lead poisoning attorney can help you recover money for the injury, pain and suffering caused by toxic lead paint exposure that affects the health of you and your baby.

Lead Poisoning Kids

lead poisoning kids
Why is it that such a big deal is being made over toys with lead ,but nothing with lead fishing sinkers?

Toys have small % of lead in the paint to increase color / brightness ,but as A child I have always used lead fishing sinkers , put them in my mouth and NO ONE ever told me it was dangerous. How can adults let their kids use or handle these when they are fishing? Why are they even legal? Also what are the chances I have lead poisoning ?
I understand children don’t play with fishing sinkers but fishing sinkers are 100% lead. Swallowing 1 sinker will give you a huge amount of lead. Swallowing a paint chip gives you not even 100 milligrams. Sinkers weigh from A few grams to a few ounces.
If a child goes fishing or perhaps finds their father’s tackle box they can easily swallow huge amounts of lead. I think nothing is being done about this. What about all the people who fish ? Even handling lead can be bad and NOTHING is done about it.

Because generally kids play with toys, not fishing sinkers. I think they fuss too much over the lead in toys.

Avoid Lead Poisoning With a Water Filter

Lead in our drinking water is not uncommon. Symptoms of lead poisoning are many and varied depending on each persons body style and age. High exposure to lead even in light amounts is very bad to our health and brain. It causes learning disabilities and ADD development in children as well as behavior issues.

Here are some symptoms of poisoning from lead:

Hyper irritability

Low appetite

Low energy

Headaches

Inconsistent sleep

Stomach cramps

Muscle weakness

Vomiting in severe cases

Fatigue

Muscle weakness and soreness

Joint pain

Decrease in coordination

Vision problems

Constipation

Stomach ailments

No appetite

Nausea

Weiight loss

High blood pressure

Easily agitated

Irritable

Uncooperative

lack of desire to do anything

Now these symptoms are also common with other problems so just because your teenage is uncooperative and has a lack of desire to do anything or your husband is easily agitated and irritable it does not mean immediately that they have lead poisoning but if you live in an older home or an area in which lead is present in the water you may have a concern and if you are trying to pin point a behavior issue that you cannot figure out with changes in a family members personality consider testing your water. You can find out what is in your water by going to the local water board if you have city water and ask for the mandatory tests to view any contaminants that are particularly in your water. If you have a well I would be advisable to get a small amount of your water and take it to a testing lab to get it analyzed for all minerals, bacteria, and possible contaminants in your H2o.

Water is no solely to blame for lead and not all water has lead in in but you should check your water to make sure there is no lead in it. Lead is also found most commonly in paint.

Of course if you think you or your family could have lead poisoning contact Poison Control.

To avoid risks of lead and remove any from your drinking water get a water filter that removes lead.

Im having pain, and i need your help!?

Well one morning after I attended the Poison concert I woke up and had trouble opening my mouth. At first I thought I could have blown my eardrums, because everytime I opened and closed my mouth I had pain around my inner ear, jaw, I was feeling pressure around my whole head, and have been getting some pretty intense headaches. NowI’mm lead to believe that it could be my wisdom teeth, what do you think?

Sounds possible. If the pain doesn’t go away soon check with your dentist. He’s likely seen them forming on previous xrays but didn’t think it was time for them to come out yet.

My daughter got lead poisoning through toy made in China should I sue?

I am wondering what the precedence is of companies like Wal-Mart that have knowingly sold products that and marketed unsafe items from China? It is a fact that Wal-Mart has had prudent knowledge to believe that these products are unsafe and more then 10 million people have been exposed to cancers causing chemicals as a result.

Big Imports companies and their rich executives have long failed to notify their customers of the dangers associated with foreign made goods by labeling or using prudent discretion in purchase of them.

yes! you can sue!

first, check and make sure you hang on to the toy for evidence
then, you need the receipt. make sure to make a copy. then you need a signed medical record from the doctor’s office vouching your daughter is effected by lead poisoning. then, read the brand name of the toy, contact that company and sue the hell out of them!

good luck
we need to put these greedy half @ssed profit driven american companies out of business before they poison us all!

I will never drink BUd again! hey sold out on years of brew making and on the United States?

PHILADELPHIA/NEW YORK (Reuters) – U.S. brewer Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc (BUD.N) agreed to a $50 billion takeover by Belgium-based InBev NV (INTB.BR), a source familiar with the situation said on Sunday, creating the world’s largest beer maker.

Hoe many local maskers of anything we trust have sold out to European makers. We get lead in our children toys, poison in our pet treats and chemicals for anti-freeze in our cough syrup! Ecoli in our veggies and they sell our most well known beer maker to a foreign company!

I will never drink Bud again! My wife and I go through a case a week, I can settle for Corona and lime – screw Bud

Wow, you’re ignorant. None of the huge beer companies is owned by an American company anymore, Europe makes a lot of quality products, and Corona is both a Mexican beer and half-owned by Anheuser-Busch.

Tips to Recognize the Presence of Hazardous Materials

A chemical emergency occurs when a hazardous chemical has been released and the release has the potential for harming people’s health. Chemical releases can be unintentional, as in the case of an industrial accident, or intentional, as in the case of a terrorist attack. Some chemicals that are hazardous have been developed by military organizations for use in warfare. Examples are nerve agents such as sarin and VX, mustards such as sulfur mustards and nitrogen mustards, and choking agents such as phosgene. It might be possible for terrorists to get these chemical warfare agents and use them to harm people.

Many hazardous chemicals are used in industry (for example, chlorine, ammonia, and benzene). Others are found in nature (for example, poisonous plants). Some could be made from everyday items such as household cleaners. These types of hazardous chemicals also could be obtained and used to harm people, or they could be accidentally released. Scientists often categorize hazardous chemicals by the type of chemical or by the effects a chemical would have on people exposed to it. The categories/types used by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are as follows:

Biotoxins-poisons that come from plants or animals

Blister agents/vesicants-chemicals that severely blister the eyes, respiratory tract, and skin on contact

Blood agents-poisons that affect the body by being absorbed into the blood

Caustics (acids)-chemicals that burn or corrode people’s skin, eyes, and mucus membranes (lining of the nose, mouth, throat, and lungs) on contact

Choking/lung/pulmonary agents-chemicals that cause severe irritation or swelling of the respiratory tract (lining of the nose and throat, lungs)

Incapacitating agents-drugs that make people unable to think clearly or that cause an altered state of consciousness (possibly unconsciousness)

Long-acting anticoagulants-poisons that prevent blood from clotting properly, which can lead to uncontrolled bleeding

Metals-agents that consist of metallic poisons

Nerve agents-highly poisonous chemicals that work by preventing the nervous system from working properly

Organic solvents-agents that damage the tissues of living things by dissolving fats and oils

Some kinds of chemical accidents or attacks may cause you to come in contact with dangerous chemicals. Coming in contact with a dangerous chemical may make it necessary for you to remove and dispose of your clothing right away and then wash yourself. Removing your clothing and washing your body will reduce or remove the chemical so that it is no longer a hazard. This process is called decontamination.

In general, exposure to a chemical in its liquid or solid form will require you to remove your clothing and then thoroughly wash your exposed skin. Exposure to a chemical in its vapor (gas) form generally requires you only to remove your clothing and the source of the toxic vapor.

If you think you have been exposed to a chemical release, but you have not heard from emergency coordinators, you can follow the washing and clothing disposal directions in the following selection.

Act quickly and follow the instructions of local emergency coordinators. Every situation can be different, so local emergency coordinators might have special instructions for you to follow. The three most important things to do if you think you may have been exposed to a dangerous chemical are to (1) quickly remove your clothing, (2) wash yourself, and (3) dispose of your clothing. Here’s how:

  • Removing your clothing:
    • Quickly take off clothing that has a chemical on it. Any clothing that has to be pulled over your head should be cut off instead of being pulled over your head.
    • If you are helping other people remove their clothing, try to avoid touching any contaminated areas, and remove the clothing as quickly as possible.

  • Washing yourself:
    • As quickly as possible, wash any chemicals from your skin with large amounts of soap and water. Washing with soap and water will help protect you from any chemicals on your body.
    • If your eyes are burning or your vision is blurred, rinse your eyes with plain water for 10 to 15 minutes. If you wear contacts, remove them and put them with the contaminated clothing. Do not put the contacts back in your eyes (even if they are not disposable contacts). If you wear eyeglasses, wash them with soap and water. You can put your eyeglasses back on after you wash them.

  • Disposing of your clothes:
    • After you have washed yourself, place your clothing inside a plastic bag. Avoid touching contaminated areas of the clothing. If you can’t avoid touching contaminated areas, or you aren’t sure where the contaminated areas are, wear rubber gloves or put the clothing in the bag using tongs, tool handles, sticks, or similar objects. Anything that touches the contaminated clothing should also be placed in the bag. If you wear contacts, put them in the plastic bag, too.
    • Seal the bag, and then seal that bag inside another plastic bag. Disposing of your clothing in this way will help protect you and other people from any chemicals that might be on your clothes.
    • When the local or state health department or emergency personnel arrive, tell them what you did with your clothes. The health department or emergency personnel will arrange for further disposal. Do not handle the plastic bags yourself.

lead poisoning symptoms
What are the symptoms of lead poisoning?

There may be no noticeable symptoms of lead poisoning because the effects are subtle or may mimic other conditions. When lead poisoning levels are severe, some general symptoms can include digestive problems, fatigue, headaches, and higher rates of tooth decay.

Children with chronic lead poisoning may show slightly lower intelligence and may be smaller in size than children their age who do not have lead poisoning. Behavioral problems can include irritability or aggressiveness, hyperactivity, learning difficulties, lethargy, and loss of appetite.

In adults, behavioral symptoms can include irritability, mood and personality changes, changes in sleep patterns, difficulty concentrating, memory loss, and decreased sex drive.

At high levels, lead can affect the central nervous system, leading to poor coordination, weakness in hands and feet, headaches, and in severe cases, convulsions, paralysis, and coma.

The Dangerous Effects Of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless and odorless gas produced by the incomplete burning of material containing carbon. You can’t see it, smell it or taste it but carbon monoxide can cause serious illness or death. It has been referred to many times as the “silent killer” and is the leading cause of accidental poisoning deaths in America. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimates that CO poisoning claims nearly 500 lives, and causes more than 15,000 visits to hospital emergency departments every year in the U.S.

To be sure, this odorless, tasteless and colorless gas is ruthless. Your exposure to CO would quickly result in one or more symptoms including headache, nausea and fatigue. The deadly gas goes undetected in a home without a proper CO detector, and if the people exposed to it do not know of its existence in their environment a proper diagnosis is problematic. Further, CO poisoning can be notoriously difficult to diagnose because the symptoms mimic those of other conditions, notably the flu. Children, pregnant women, babies and individuals with heart conditions are at most risk but CO poisoning can affect anyone. Prolonged exposure can lead to brain damage and ultimately death.

Sources of CO

Some sources of carbon monoxide include gas water heaters, kerosene space heaters, charcoal grills, propane heaters and stoves, gasoline- and diesel-powered generators, cigarette smoke, propane-fueled forklifts, gas-powered concrete saws, indoor races or tractor pulls, boat engines, spray paint, solvents, degreasers and paint removers. Although CO results from when any material burns, more is produced when there is insufficient oxygen for fully efficient combustion. And, yes, cigarette smoke, including the second-hand variety, contains CO, although in an insufficient concentration to do immediate damage. Given enough time, of course, even small amounts of CO can build to dangerous levels in the bloodstream.

The danger comes from improperly vented appliances and machinery such as those listed above, especially ones that run for extended periods of time near human habitation. Such continuous exposure can lead to flu-like symptoms, as noted previously, but would keep escalating into more severe headaches, fatigue, dizziness and nausea. As toxic levels are approached, a victim may experience mental confusion, severe irritability, impaired judgment, memory loss and lack of coordination.

Treatment and prevention

The fastest and most effective way to begin treating the effects of CO poisoning is to relocate affected people (and pets) to open, fresh air away from the source of the gas immediately. At an emergency room, someone suffering from acute CO poisoning will be given pure oxygen to breathe, which speeds up the excretion of the gas from the blood. More serious cases may require a special treatment known as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). This therapy can significantly improve the chances of survival and reduce the risk of further damage to the body. HBOT elevates the amount of oxygen in the body to about ten times normal levels by placing the victim inside a hyperbaric (higher than atmospheric pressure) chamber. Most of the developed world’s hospitals are now equipped with this lifesaving technology.

The best way for you and your loved ones to avoid the “silent killer” is to be educated on how and why CO poisoning occurs. Also, if you live in an environment that includes any of the CO sources mentioned above, you should take the appropriate action to repair any leaks or malfunctions in them. Of course, installing CO detectors in your home and place of business, and maintaining them with fresh batteries, is a powerful preventative step, as well. If you do not think ahead and follow a thorough anti-CO strategy, you are most definitely putting yourself, your family, your friends and neighbors, and your employees at great risk.

is this lead poisoning?

i painted my face for a dia de los muertos event and noticed i was getting really bad cramps shortly after, however i didn’t think much of it. the next day (yesterday) i painted my face and a friends face too. I noticed the cramps again shortly after, but still didn’t think much of it. I woke up this morning at like 2 throwing up everything i ate last night and it didn’t stop till seven this morning, i’ve had abdominal pains, nausea, and a major headache. my mom was browsing the web when she came across an article that said there were some face paints that had traces of lead, nickel, and chromium and the brand names were listed. Rubies (the brand I used) had lead levels of .26, nickel was 2.1, and chromium was 2.2. None of my friends got sick, but maybe since they only applied the face paint once, and i applied it twice, it affected me more. Is this lead poisoning and is this amount of lead bad?

Hi,

I seriously doubt it’s Lead poisoning, since lead doesn’t absorb very well through the skin into our bodies. Also a concentration of 0.26ppm is more than 1000 times higher then the US federally regulated limit of 300ppm. So you would have had to have it on repeatedly for a very long time or eaten it to induce symptoms of lead poisoning.
You might have had an allergic reaction to something in the paint, possibly the solvent used (perhaps even the Lead), but it would not be classic lead poisoning. If you’re really concerned I’d suggest going to the doctor, describing your symptoms and perhaps getting allergy tested.
To find out more about lead poisoning I suggest following the links I posted under sources.

Keep safe,

Lead Poisoning Exposure

lead poisoning exposure
Worried about chronic exposure to Carbon Monoxide. Any doctors or nurses?

Just found out today that have been exposed to Carbon Monoxide for over a year through faulty water heater. Makes sense as every time went to work came home fell asleep and lately been getting worse and worse headaches and shakey hands. This has been going on over a year probably nearer two.
Are there any side effects from daily exposure to these fumes. I suspect that once when I got really sick – I put it down to asthma and chemicals which lead to bronchitis and decreased breath through lungs- it actually was working in closed environment in that one room while cleaning it.
I just want to know if it is serious being poisoned all this time.
Thanks

Was this at work if it was you MUST refuse to work in this environment again, yes it is dangerous, Im sure you will be okay, but I would go to the GP to get checked out, dont panic though, just do not work in there again okay. But these are some of the symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning. you need to speak to one of the managers there and find out about the health and safety policies if they have one.
